Homes are sold on a construction payment plan: after the THB 300,000 deposit and 35% on the contract, each of five further payments is triggered by a stage of the works on your plot — foundation, concrete structure, walls and door frames, floor finishing, and painting with doors and windows, when the land is transferred. We send the build schedule for your plot in writing.
Current site photographs are sent on request together with the status of your plot; this page carries the programme and the payment stage each milestone triggers.

- 01Reservation deposit THB 300,000, then the contract within 30 days — 35% of the price
- 02Foundation posts finished — 20%
- 03Concrete structure finished — 15%
- 04Walls and door frames finished — 15%
- 05Floor finishing done — 10%
- 06Painting, doors and windows installed, land transfer registered — final 5%
